Gentle Touch Reflexology™

The Treatment

Gentle Touch Reflexology™ uses the lightness of touch and the incorporation of foot massage using oil. It is a very soothing and relaxing treatment that assists clients physically, emotionally and with their energy levels. The treatment lasts for approximately one hour. The client relaxes in a reclining chair and many clients find the treatment so relaxing they fall asleep whilst others take the opportunity to chat. Following the treatment clients are given the opportunity to relax in the chair to allow the healing to continue.

What are the benefits?

Gentle Touch Reflexology™ relies on the skill of the Practitioner to pick up information that is required to assess and treat the client. Gentle Touch Reflexology™ does not require the client to express discomfort as in some traditional methods therefore the client can relax and enjoy a really soothing treatment which does not hurt or tickle as many people believe.

Clients generally report a feeling of extreme relaxation and a sense of well-being following a treatment. Gentle Touch Reflexology™ can be used to assist people with a wide number of conditions such as

About the Practitioner

I gained a level 3 diploma in Gentle Touch Reflexology™ through Sue Ricks School of complementary therapies which I passed with distinction. The emphasis with the use of this technique is the high standard of training, in fact the course is the highest level of training currently available in reflexology, in the UK. The school is affiliated to the Institute of complementary medicine (ICM) and the course is accredited to the Association of Reflexologists (AOR). I took exams with both organisations to gain two high level qualifications MAR and BRCP.
